By submitting this form and submitting preliminary artwork I fully understand that the Regional Storm Water Collaborative, further known as the RSWC, partnering agencies and the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden's has the right to accept or reject all entries submitted. I herby grant the RSWC, Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden and all partnering agencies, its officers, employees, agents the right to copyright, use and publish all artwork, photos and documents submitted for the Rain Barrel Art Project. All documents, participant photos and artwork submitted may be duplicated in print, audio, video or digital form, to share with partnering entities, and/or share/post electronically via social marketing sites such as but not limited to Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. I agree that the RSWC, partnering agencies and the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden may use said documents and images with or without my name and/or child’s name and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. I fully I understand and agree that I shall receive no compensation for the taking or use of said images and have no right to review or select/reject any of same prior to the uses described herein.
