Katie Nolan, P.E.
|
Katie Nolan, P.E. is a project executive and senior water resource engineer in Gresham Smith’s Cincinnati office, with more than 20 years of experience, supporting her clients with their stormwater, wastewater and drinking water needs. Katie has managed and designed stormwater projects across Ohio and Northern Kentucky, ranging from simple improvement projects to complex, ground-up systems. She has performed complex modeling and designed stormwater drainage infrastructure as well as stormwater quality and quantity controls. She holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Louisville. Katie is a Professional Engineer in Ohio and Kentucky.

Nikki Boden, P.E., MBA

Nikki Boden, P.E., MBA is KYTC Lead Design Engineer for the Brent Spence Bridge project with over 20 years of experience delivering high impact transportation infrastructure projects. Her career is defined by a strong focus on roadway design and a comprehensive expertise in all facets of utility coordination, from initial conflict identification to final relocation management. Adept at bridging the gap between design engineering and utility stakeholder demands, Nikki successfully mitigates project risks, aligns diverse stakeholder interests, and delivers highly optimized, cost-effective transportation solutions that keep projects moving forward. Nikki earned her Civil Engineering degree from University of Kentucky and her Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.

Chris Kaeff

Chris Kaeff is an avid traveler who loves backcountry adventures. Traversing diverse landscapes and exploring the cultures they produce has fueled his professional aspirations and sense of civic duty to protect and improve the natural environment for future generations.
Chris Kaeff joined Williams Creek Management in 2021 to lead its new office servicing Greater Cincinnati. Since then, he has established a thriving team of 20 construction and environmental professionals across three service line divisions. He came to Williams Creek with 15 years of professional experience in environmental science, remote sensing technology, and water resources. In addition to his professional experience, he's held a county-wide elected office as the Treasurer of Kenton County Soil and Water Conservation District for four terms, which provides him with a deep sense of fiscal responsibility to taxpayers and ratepayers. Chris also serves on the board of directors of several non-profits that are dedicated to the conservation and preservation of natural resources. These career pursuits have provided him with a dynamic perspective of how the private sector, public sector, and non-profit sector are all interdependent in our economy, and how they each work best when they work together to address ecological crises. |
Tim Stottlemyer

Tim Stottlemyer is a Stormwater Infrastructure Consultant with AQUALIS, where he focuses on projects involving greater complexity or regulatory nuance. He joined AQUALIS in August 2023, bringing a rare combination of municipal regulatory and hands-on construction experience to the team.
Prior to AQUALIS, Tim spent 18 years as an MS4 Coordinator for a fast-growing community in Central Indiana, managing stormwater compliance through a period of significant municipal growth and development. Before that, he served as Vice President of his family's excavating business, where he focused on stormwater and wet utility construction and maintenance for commercial, industrial, retail, and institutional clients. This path, from field construction to municipal regulation to consulting, gives Tim a full-circle understanding of stormwater infrastructure: how it's built, how it's regulated, and how it fails. He is an experienced and dedicated professional with deep expertise in MS4 stormwater management and environmental compliance, driven by a passion for finding effective, innovative solutions to difficult problems, protecting the environment, and delivering quality work. |
John Prior, P.E.
|
Jon Prier has been working as an environmental engineer in Columbus for more than 15 years. He specializes in stormwater management planning and design, modeling, BMPs, and permit compliance and has experience working with facilities across the country. Jon works for the Ohio Department of Transportation focusing on off-site mitigation and stormwater permit requirements as well as coordinating with Ohio EPA.

Lucas Hanks

Lucas Hanks is an environmental scientist who administers the regulated MS4 and Construction Stormwater programs for the Kentucky Division of Water. He has been with the KDOW since September 2019. Lucas holds a BS in Plant and Soil Sciences from the University of Kentucky. Before joining the KDOW, Lucas worked in the agricultural industry as a researcher, extension educator, and crop production specialist. His areas of focus with agriculture were crop input reduction, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.

Wesley Sluga, P.E.
Ohio Environmental Protection Agency |
Wesley is a Supervisor in the Stormwater Program with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency’s Division of Surface Water. He has been with the agency since 2019, where his primary duties consist of developing and administering the rules and permits associated with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater Programs. He also supervises the District Office Stormwater Inspectors for Central, Southeastern, and Southwestern Ohio. He is a registered Professional Engineer and graduated with a bachelor’s in environmental engineering from Cornell University and a master’s in engineering management from The Ohio State University.
