For the past ten years artists from across the tristate area have painted rain barrels to benefit conservation education in the tristate area. The artists spend several hours sanding, priming, painting, and sealing their barrel. This is a very time-consuming process.
In hopes to make the rain barrel painting process a bit easier for the artist we have decided to host rain barrel prep workshops. During these workshops we will be priming the barrels. This will hopefully make things easier for the artists.
We have a total of 40 barrels that need to be prepped and primed.
